Anyone know if I can just go to Home Depot or Lowes and get hosing and cut it myself to make couplers for the intercooler piping? I currently have blue couplers but I want black ones and I want to know if I can save money by going that route instead of paying hand over fist at performance e-shops on the couplers.

they will melt, i attempted it and it was just a huge headache and ill never do i agian, get the re-inforced ones that are made for forced induction

sorry no problem, i have a burn mark from it and i learned the very hard and painful way, it melted and i tired to put a new one on in the parking lot and now i have a scar that will not go away on my right hand. in a way everytime i see it, it reminds me of how much i miss my boosted teg
