Running rough :(

I have no afr guage. I installed dsm 450cc injecotrs like a week ago, and i tuned them to where they would idle a tad rough (dont wanna risk going lean riht now).

My question is, will the car shake when it runs rough (too rich)? Should I just keep leaning it out til my car doesnt shake? heh. Thx. I’m getting poor gas milage :frowning:

yeah running rich will cause it to idel rough, you’re drowning the motor with fuel which can cause it to stall, therefore it runs rough…you have no A/F gauge? how do you know it’s rich? how do you plan on tuning it? Why am I responding to this post when you’re not even going to listen to me? the world wonders…

Will the car continue to shake even when you rev it to about 2.5k? Keep in midn this is in nuetral. And i’m tuning it with a diy afc. No a/f guage. I dont want it to run lean :frowning:

Why don’t you pull out a spark plug and read it? Show us some pics.

I’m wondering too. But since I’m a troll I guess notecLS knows more about this stuff then me. So I shouldn’t try to help him even though I know exactly what his problem is heh…

Read what? You mean look for signs of running rich on the spark plug and post pics so u can see it too? I’ll try and borrow a digi cam and get pics up.

The turbo is on backwards numb nuts, the comrpessor would hit the tranny :roll:

That and the turbo is tilted a tad to clear some other shizzat.

And all thats left is the damn oil lines. I want to get the oil from my head service port but everyone keeps telling me thats a abd idea cuz its only 10 psi. But formz said dsm’s get theres from that spot and that its only 10psi and i got the turbo from a dsm so i’m confused :frowning:
