the difference in the pro and the old style is basically the ball joint… nothing more, nothing less.
its not as prone to the slipping issue and its also easier to adjust
slipping issue? oh yeah one more question, the bracket the has the bar that goes behind the spring that connects the camber kit to your shock tower(sry dont know what its called) that doesnt come with it so i am either going to need to get a new one or use my old ones correct? thanks.
Yeah, I had to bend mine in just a little bit to make them fit right.
I havent installed mine yet, but hopefully it’ll be easy as these other Guys says it is.
And if you dont have any anchor arms, there’s another full Skunk2 Pro kit that comes with them.
I removed the metal brace thingy… so i wouldnt have to remove the shock to fit the new arms in palce.
ordered the pro from that seller cant wait! gonna do my lower balljoints at the same time just hopefully my friend can come through with the press…YAY:D
You don’t have to use a press for the LBJ’s, did mine a few months ago at work. Just make sure you remove the clip
um ppl told me a ghetto way of doing it is using a sludge hammer and a 33mm socket, how would you go about doing it?
anyone have a good way of getting someone of a good camber (way to adjust it) before i get an alignment? also you think any alignment shop will be able to align this camber kit? thanks.

I realize they are not Skunk2, but they are designed for our cars…
Basically the same post as the other thread, but applies to both.
As for those with the S2 arms - good job with the installs.
As for the Revo arms - The position of the ball joint does look nice.
However, there is one thing that concerns me about these arms that the newer S2 arms have addressed. The gussets/boxed frame on the bottom sides of the S2 arms look stronger than these Revo arms.
Any thoughts?
Just an update for you guys. Just got off the phone with Skunk2.
Skunk2 has the Classic design, Pro Series design, and now a Pro Series + design. The Pro + comes with the anchor arm/bar with poly bushings.
They are not listed on their website yet so he told me to go to jhp’s site and check them out.
I bought the classic set, but am sending them back to skunk2 and paying the difference for the Pro series. I don’t need the Pro + as I just put ES poly bushing kit in my oem anchor arms that I just had powder coated. So I would just be buying the same parts I already have.

8 posts up from yours.
I posted the Pro+ link above from Ebay.
Yep, but in that ad it doesn’t give any description, so you don’t know that they have poly bushings in the anchor arms. And you don’t know that skunk2 includes them, or if the selling is including them. Again, lack of description and lack of the kit on skunk2’s website to compare things to.
just got mine in, skunk2 pro plus’s and these things are diesel…i just mesures it up to the shock tower real quick and ya def needs to be bent about a half an inch but ill makem work, hopefully gonna put them in today as long as my coffee kicks in fast enough…
will this work on a stock DA suspension?
bending them sounds wonderful…
ok, installed them, had to use the stock bushings the ones that the pro came with wont fit (trust me i tried) een bending the crap out of them couldnt fit them in, with my camber maxed out still a -.9 thought i would be able to correct it with the pro, oh wells, ya but just for your info, rides gonna get a bit rougher because you do bottom out, drove it for 2 days then lifted it on the alignment rack its hitting the wheel well just enough to rip the paint off about a quarter inch onto the arm…sucks when you hit a decent size bump feels lke your spines gonna give out lmao, but im sure theyll hold up…
and btw this is the pro+ im talking about.
yyyyyyeeeeeeeeaaaaa i wont be getting those
