Smoke from valve cover?

well I’m back on the forums to try and get rid of some of my old teg stuff. Since I got rid of my teg I traded my SSAutochrome manifold and new 'Stang SVO turbo for a 92 Escort GT, which I blew the differential out of. Then came the 90 Mustang GT, which I decided to make the back of an Intrigue a parking space at 35mph. Now I have a 98 Jeep Wrangler and love it to death, even though it no longer has reverse. As much as I hate to say it I’m glad I no longer have the Teg, I’m still trying to clear my driving record of all that crap so I can get a decent job. I’ve also noticed that when I had the Teg there were no other built G2’s in town. There were also no flat-black painted ricers in town. Now that is all I see…wish I knew the Teg owners when I had her. Great to know you guys and thanks again for all the help…Peace. I hope to someday join the G2 owner community again…

weird about that smoking valve cover, i get a lot of smoke coming out of it, but car has a lot of power and doesnt smoke under acceleration … gonna do a compression test when i have some spare time…

edit:
DAMN, since i think about it, yes, my car is smoking!! but it doesnt smell oil and i dont think its coolant either (but is should be one or the other…) oil is still brown/black color and coolant level isnt going down.

Can a broken ring really waste all your engine in one shot !?

That doesnt sound too good. After mine grenaded we took it apart and found a hole in #3 piston and the ringlands were gone in all the other pistons. I’m not sure how I was running lean though.
