There any reason i need different spark plugs for a turbocharged 92 integra? i Know the stock wires are fine but are the stock spark plugs ok…?
that depends on how much u r boosting.
start w/ NGK 7’s. (2 steps colder) if ur boosting past 8-9 psi on an ls, get 8’s.
I’m boosting 13.8 psi with NGk 7s…where did you get that info?

Ok i’m boosting between 8-10 so i’ll check into those 7’s thanks
it’s kind of common knowledge, the higher psi u push, the colder plugs you want to assist in the prevention of detonation.
ya,but if the plugs are too cold you’re going to end up fouling them…
straight from NGK.com
An unaltered engine will run within the optimum operating range straight from the manufacturer, but if you make modifications such as a turbo, supercharger, increase compression, timing changes, use of alternate racing fuels, or sustained use of nitrous oxide, these can alter the plug tip temperature and may necessitate a colder plug. A rule of thumb is, one heat range colder per modification or one heat range colder for every 75–100hp you increase. In identical spark plug types, the difference from one full heat range to the next is the ability to remove 70°C to 100°C from the combustion chamber.
I have ran v-power 9’s in a stock block b16a running 275whp. only had fouling problems when first started up. rev’d it a couple times, and it stopped missing. I have also ran 7’s up-to 275whp without a problem.
