T3/T04e spools?

i have searched but couldnt fin my answer. does anyone know when a T3/T04e turbo with a 50 trim compressor and a .68 A/R will spool?

i think u mean full boost. cause a turbo spools from the moment u turn on the car.

i thought everyone could figure that out but yes I want to know when it hits full boost.
