Taking Air Intake off. What to do with vaccum and bov lines?

I was going to take off my air intake that hooks up to my turbo housing and was going to just put a screen on the housing and clamp it down but realized there are two lines that go into my air intake pipe. I believe one is for the vaccum and the other for the bov. If i want to take my intake off and put a screen on the turbo housing what would I do with the two lines. I posted a pic to show what I want to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Your gonna have to me more specific about what the lines hook up to. Trace them and let us know where they go.

u hook them up to a different source?

what would the different source be though??

you could use the vacuum lines on the back of your intake manifold…thats what im gonna do. They connect to ur charcoal canister and whatever else is back there haha.

make sure u keep the bov line close to the tb…maybe invest in a vaccum manifold.

Does someone by chance have a picture to show how you would do it or what it would look like?? Thanks guys for your help

the two lines that go into my intake come from the two circled sources I have on the pic. If i were to take my intake off what do i do with these.

you can leave them disconnected, may feel a light difference in the idle after you release the throttle, but it should be fine.

take the 2 screws off “1” and throw it out, remove the vacuum line to “2” and leave that bitch as is unless you feel like removing it and plugging that hole.

nice this helped me with what to do about my vacc lines as well
