im pretty sure when you loosen it enough you can pull out the entire things from the other side…

intermittent low idle
I have a 92 teg ls 1.8. The problem I am having is an intermittent low idle.
cold start= 1150rpms until warmed up[SIZE=“6”][/SIZE]
warmed up= 750 rpms until idle issue
idle issue drop= 450rpms
The idle will drop to app. 450 rpm’s and after a few seconds it readjusts itself back to the 750 only so that it can drop to 450 again. I see no write ups on this particular idle issue. everyone has to high or to high with hunting. Can the IACV be responsible for intermittent low idle??? I am racking my brain here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if carb cleaner / simple green is used (in that order), do you rinse with water and let dry or do you just let the carb cleaner & simple green dry on its own after compressed air goes through it?
Compressed air should dry it out enough to install as soon as you’re done cleaning it.
