FULL props on this write up man. Exactly what I was wanting to see for a wire tuck post.
Could you send me all the pics you have and I will archive them on my server for everyone to have. I will even throw up a link to them in zipped format.
Thanks Guys and Girls;)

Good job. Such a selfless act. Haha.
Hope it doesn’t rain where you live.
You will have a lake inside your car when it does.
very nice. id love to do this. but its to impractical for a lapping car.

and why do you think that? either way, it wont see snow and will most likely very rarely see little if any rain
besides its Colorado, if the weater dosnt cooperate, wait five minute:rimshot:
Very true, this is strictly a looks mod and right now im loving it:rockon:
updated posts 6-8 this morning
The way you have an unsealed hole with the wires pointing down will allow the water to flow on the loom directly into the car. You need to completley seal the hole or loop the wire below the hole and back up. You also need to seal the loom or water gets inside and flows into the car.
Holy shit!! Id rather keep my sanity.
Good shit:rockon:
I Did for see this, but with the fender liner, im sure there wont be enuff water to make a difference.
that is an easy fix for anyone else who will tend to be in a little more water than I plan to be in, good looking though:up:
updated post #8 & 9, Almost done:whew:
bump:rockon:
doin this shiet right now…please keep me updated!:read:
I’m sure you were banned for a reason…
Thats its folks finished it up today.
On a side note. I have washed my car numerous times since I finished up and no leakage issues as of yet.
very informative. I wanted to do something like this awhile ago, but I want to say my wire tuck is catered to my car. there are alot of extra’s and stuff that was removed that would make it hard for others to try. nonetheless someone host these pics so we won’t be screwed 10 years from now…
Old thread but this is what I am working on today and I am using this guide as my template Just wanna give you some credit for making a guide that will help me
Anyone know where to get a schematic online for our cars? i am starting this tuck and i want to remove some of the unnecessary stuff like the abs wiring and power steering stuff. I dont have that stuff anymore so no sense in dealin with the wires to it am i right? i bought the car and the harness had already been removed(meaning not attatched to the sides of the bay it was all there just hangin out of the firewall) so i have to be very careful what i do.
