Good luck man! I agree with all the crappy cars, in this area. Occasionally I see a really clean one pop up in Denver though. Hope you catch one of those!
Wow! I had never seen that. So sorry to hear about your car man. It’s a good thing you made it out alright though. Those images are shocking to say the least.
So a failed oil pump caused this? It was leaking out oil and that caught on fire or what exactly happened with that?
Welcome back to the forum though, no reason to be shy even though you don’t have a da right now. I’m sure you’ll find one soon enough and be right back at it like it was yesterday
Actually, the oil pump seized. I was doing about 95 miles an hour when it happened, so it ended up being a pretty swift catastrophic failure.
I’m sure I’ll find another DA, i’m looking at one right now that’s a 1992, five speed, Milano red. I just never really cared for red Integras, not because they don’t look good, but because they attract far too much attention for me. There was a nice black one, but the idiot decided not to reply to my email, answer texts, or take phone calls. I think he had enough of me trying to get him to sell his Integra, when he really wanted to trade for a car that was double the value. It’s whatever. I will find another one, and I’ll make it mine.

Been a long time since I 've seen or heard from any of the forum guys. Seems like a lot of guys are getting out of the DA game and moving on. Sad really.

Good to see you back! There are still a core of us DA owners in Colorado. Good luck on the search, let us know if you need a hand with anything or want to meet up!
