This part is going to be scanned to get dimensions. The curves are difficult to measure due to the mating glass surfaces.

This thread is so long and admittedly, not much progress. I’m annoyed too. I wish I didn’t have to work so I can focus on things that truly matter

Rebuilding from scratch. Tired of screwing around with the scan.
I’m designing it so that you take your current chrome reflectors and install them into this one. Additionally, there’ll be a new back portion that will be attached via three additional screws.
I’ll probably give options regarding what text to have that will be illuminated by the bulbs.
