To Bore Or Not To Bore, That Is The Question

ok, here’s the dilema. Im going to do a full rebuild on a b16a when I get it. Im going to get the Golden Eagle sleeves put in, the problem is, I dont know if i should bore it to 84mm or not. This block will be seeing high boost and i know that these sleeves can handle up to 30 psi, but when bored to that size how much is that psi limit going to go down? It is going to be my daily driver so it needs to be reliable. Keep this in mind also, I would very much like to have it bored to have that quicker spool up and torque numbers. The reason I bring this up is because I want to boost high, but I dont want to have to fill up with racing gas just to get around. So I was thinking then to get it bored and run maybe like 14 psi on the street. My questions are, how much boost can i run with 92 octane with a 9:1 cr without detonation? And how much psi will the GE sleeves hold up when they get bored?

boosting even with 84.5mm those sleeves wont fail.

Even though these sleeves wont crack other things still can, like pistons or rods.
