turbo questions

I have a b20 v-tech turbo and I am trying to get a stand alone system and I dont know if I should get the power fc or the AEM EMS system, and also I am currently obd0 and I believe that I need to go obd1 what do I need to do to convert it over and does obd1 have knock sensor
