ok today i went and bought a HKS type 1 turbo timer… everything looks pretty easy to install except for one part, all of the 12 volt wires which goes to the ignition and such things… just curious if anyone has installed one of these before and might be able to shed light on this subject? i know where to plug in the speed sensor… rpm sensor… and stuff like that… i just don’t know where to hook up the power wires so it will leave the car running.

You want to connect the power wires to the ignition. You have to remove the steering wheel column cover and you will see 3 or 4 fat wires going to your ignition (key switch). This is what you want to connect to:
+12V Constant goes to White wire (very thick)
+12V Ignition 1 goes to Black with a yellow stripe
+12V Ignition 2 goes to Yellow
Ground goes to any chissis ground
i only have one ignition wire ? should i loop?
