i got a brand new garrett GT2871R with the .64 a/r turbine side (also .86 a/r available) and between the housing and the turbine itself, theres a huge massive gap. i have never seen this before. i have no idea if its the housing or the turbine that is the incorrect part. any ideas anyone? the guy doing all my custom piping and stuff is going to call on monday and take measurements to see. but if anyone has any info please share.
id call and send them that picture… it should be almost touching.
yeah it should… oh well theres no time to ship back and wait for it again so my turbo guy is going to take care of it.
