Turboedit w/out vacuum gauge??

Has anyone had success without using a vacuum gauge? I ask because I didn’t buy a vacuum gauge because I liked the one that only showed boost better… Now I am using the PLX R300 wideband to show vacuum its in psi but I found a way to convert it to inhg. The problem is when I first start the car the AFR is 10.1-12.0 at -12.3 to -12.8 psi which I believe is -24.6 to -25.6 inhg. When i change the values in the corresponding cells in TE nothing seems to happen… so I am wondering if trying to tune without a vacuum gauge is hopeless, or if i am just overlooking something.

I’m using turboedit version 2.6.1 and the ng60 rom if that helps.

if you dont wanna install one, just get one from the parts store…its like the ones you just hook up for checking ur vaccum and thats it…run a line to it in the car, tune with it, and then take it out
