I know close loop need to be disable while tuning, but can we put it back on after to run at about 14.7AFR and as soon as the throttle is pushed a bit more it goes into the basemap and select the injector duty cycle according the the amount of boost it sees ?
You have it correct. If you enable closed loop after you are done tuning it will keep you at 14.7:1 when cruising and use your fuel maps when it’s supposed to.
all right , i hope iMll get more than my actual 15mpg
i do not approve of closed loop hahaha. no seriously, its gonna mess with your tune once you hook up the o2 sensor. just tune your daily driving vacuum columns to 14-15:1 and you will get good mpg
well i got something more interesting…
uberdata is now offering a TPS and BOOST close loop disactivation
at a certain vacuum or boost it put itself into the open loop and take your tuning data into consideration
