hey guys…i am in the proccess of saving money and getting parts to do my turbo build that i will hopefully have done by august or september…after researching it i want to go with hondata or some equivelant for fuel and timing management…i was wondering if there is anyone that is in the south carolina area that can tune it for me or if it is possible to send my ecu to be tuned…i didnt think that was possible since you need the actual car to get real data from…but if there is anyone in georgia, south carolina, or north carolina i would drive or meet halfway to get it done when the time comes…i read that you can do it yourself with a laptop but im not confident that i could do something like that…thanks in advance
I can help you out by chipping your ecu and setting it up with a basemap.
as far as tuning it in afterward in sure there are a few people that can tune Uberdata in that area.
Check out the uberdata forums as they have a listing of tuners you can contact, someone may be in your area.

My price is $70 for any OBD1 Ecu is chipped and return shipped. I do include a basemap but I’ve never used Crome to actually make a map for a customer, I have been using Uberdata until I get a chance to actually play with Crome on my car soon.
So, if you want to make the P30 Map in Crome and email it to me I can burn it on the chip I include with the ECU…
I know a guy in Savannah, Ga. for hondata. My car is at his shop now. I can get you his number if interested.
savannah isnt bad thats like 2 hours from charleston…i have a guy that says he can do uberdata in atl. thats like 2 hours from where i go to school and i will be up here like all summer…i will keep you guys posted

Chris, are you B16CRXT? If so I’ve gotten back to you. I check email at most 2 times a week these days, but my cell is listed in the Uberdata Tuner’s directory - (828) 713-7771, suggested calling hours 12-5 Mon-Fri. The daughter’s going skiing with her mom tomorrow (I normally take weekends off in an attempt to spoil my kid), so if anybody wants to call before 5-6 go for it.
I’m also a big fan of testing the waters and considering your options… call a couple of the other guys mentioned. Anthony at AV is a good dude, even if he did sham me on meeting up for a beer or nine the last time he rolled up to Asheville/Hendo to buy Prelude swill off Turbo Sam. Jack is supposed to be a really good guy, too, my friend Steven/Speed Phreak liked the hell out of him when he went to the P1 dyno day back in October.
That xenocron guy, though, I only hear horrible things about. His ex girlfriend’s third cousin’s roomate’s fiance’s neighbor told me he beats up his momma, and puts out lit cigarettes on his sister’s arm. I’d stay away from him!
