uberdata tuners, need bin and little teachin plz

im going FI this sumer but for now, im gathering parts and installing what i can
i will be using uberdata as fuel/timing management

  1. i’m installing alll gauge so i can run the car even though my interior is kinda “open air”.

  2. ill be soldering chipping kit into my ecu and trowing my 450cc inj in. so i can run these injector before installing everything else

  3. putting all turbo parts and tune it.

I need you guys for part 2. I want to trow my new injector in and use a little uberdata so it will save me time in the end cause ill be used to it.
my car is 93 integra LS, pr4 obd1 ecu boosting around 7psi with t3-60
CAN I USE STOCK MAP SENSOR AND WHY ?

i could not find any pr4 bin on uberdata and hondatech …
also, i would want some informations about the MAP SCALAR(what is it?), which seems a critical steady variable…
i have hard time finding any HELP file to understand some parameters like Boost Fuel Efficiency, EBC map and others…(What is the Boost Portion Of the BaseMap ???) AXIS on basemap, etc…

In short, do you have any Help file OR short teaching lessons OR preset basemap for me ? im asking a lot i know , but this can be very interesting…

of course a preset basemap is nice, but being able to use it is better.

finally found interesting information !!!

still wondering what are the AXIS and MAP readings before the boost section of the basemap ? ( not supposed to have any air psi if not boosted ?) or maybe it is a vacuum…

The Axis Taper and smoothing are just functions that help you smooth out and adjust your map. Not really sure how they work honestly…play with them but im certain most beginners wouldnt need to play with them.

if looking for a pre-made map, wouldnt you be able to find an obd1 p75 .bin? arent they close enough???

the .bin files are not ecu specific… the ls bin is for all obd1 ls ecu’s and the gsr bin is for all obd 1 gsr ecu’s…

question about this basemap.

What is the map readings for the non-boost portion of the grid ? isnt a non-boosted engine runs NO in/Hg at all ?

Also, if your boosting above these readings (i say 20 psi) you have to change the values in/Hg for higher ones in boost portion but dont touch the ones of non-boost portion ?

oh and i forgot, what it the maximum MAP value for a stock map sensor ?

The readings along the top are called ‘LOAD’ readings. In vacuum we measure in negative pressure (usually in negative inches of mercury InHg). The columns headings are in InHg in the vacuum portion of the map. In the boost portion, they change to PSI.

In order to run over ~10psi…you will need to use the 3 Bar Map sensor and the appropriate BIN file that is setup for the voltage differences of the 3 Bar map sensor. Search up on the Uber site to learn more about that.

Dont mess with the scalers until you have a little more experience with uber…

super ! but i dont plan in going over 10 psi. So i can keep my stock map sensor for lower than 10 psi right ?

oh and by the way, i know you’re boosted dude
still having fun with your G2 ? i dont see anymore updates on “meetings picture and videos, looks like it is a “dead” period”

im lost dude…? :hmm:

i just got my car running again last week

^^chris…have you tested the ng55 2.5bar yet?
