Vacuum System on a boosted b18c

I bought a b18c turbo motor not long ago and will be putting it in my da6 soon. Today i was having a look at the intake manifold as i will be replacing it with a new one but i noticed it didnt have the IAB solenoid under the intake. It also doesnt have the EVAP solenoid.

On this diagram the things in the blue are what is missing the IACV in the red is missing and two holes have been welded up. From what i was told this engine has come out a da6 that was used for heavy racing. Just wanting to find out if it has been set up like this for a reasion or should i find the parts and run a full vacuum system as usual. I have asked a few people but they seem to have no idea as to what im talking about. I will be driving the car alot so i want this engine to be reliable on the tunning side i have sussed that out but i dont want little things like this to screw things up with my project.
