Post a pic of your valve cover or a custom valve cover you have seen. I am looking for ideas for mine. I have 3 covers and I want to do them all different.

Will be doing a few more valve covers, for personal use aka show…looking into black metallic, gold metallic, and a few custom painted images. I was even thinking about using a few different types of paint from wal-mart…they have different textures, and i found it interesting BUT they wern’t obviously heat resistant, so maybe heat resistant primer, & clear coat will hold that crap from flaking/bubbling

would have looked better, if i wasn’t such a tool & useda wire brush bit attachment to a drill, where you can see the melted metal on the VC…learned my lesson + we have a parts washed at work, so that definitley helps…

wow how many layers of clear coat? and how did he do the designs?
Think he had a stencil from something he bought, and got bored. He puts a good amount of clear on there, and he buffs, wet sands, and all that good stuff. Mine has a design on it also, I will post it when it’s done.
Dont mind my stock exhaust manifold chilling under my turbo mani in the lazer kranberry, I was just test fitting.

You have 3, so id paint a couple of them. Im sure I will get another eventually. I have 4 for my teg, 3 of which are painted 1 still needs some love. 2 OBD0/1 and 2 OBD2.

the famous logo cover looks like he just used the stencil tag off of any of the famous shirts.

And b4 u haters say something, the breather valve was temp for a few days…its got reg black hose on it now
