I learned how to do it off of the site here. Its been a decade since I’ve done it (literally- I think I did it in 2001!!) Try looking in the Teg Tips.
The are 16" Rota Circuit 8s. They need tires so basically you would be purchasing the wheels with crappy tires on them just because I dont want to pay to dismount them 
I’m not sure they are for sale yet as a) I dont have tires to put back on the car to move it around and b) I have another 4x100 car that might be feasible to put them on.
What are C8s going for these days? One wheel has a scuff on it (7/10), the rest are 9/10 (only because they are used)
UPDATE: I was supposed to get my tools back before the New Year but that hasn’t happened however, I have a good old Craftsman tool set I can borrow from pops. The items that look sold so far are-
Headlights
Front bumper
Tail lights
CF Hood
I will take a picture of the traction bar for the individual that wanted to see it for clearance. I will also have the Ogle Bars off shortly too.

I took these photos with my phone. I think the camera shot makes the bar look like it sits super low. Its really not that bad if you ask me. What it matters is how low your car is imo. I have about 1/2" between my fender and tire
