What else do i need to Complete turbo kit

my current set up is a 1991 teg with a stock b16a1 (100 000km on it) with a 2.25 cat back exhaust and intake with a b&m fuel pressure regulator

What i have
-manifold
-down pipe
-turbo
-wastegate
-innercooler

i know i need innercooler piping, Do i need an engine management system or to chip my ecu im only looking to run 5-7 psi

what else do i need to complete my kit?
