I can seem to find a good way to mount my front license plate inside, if you have any picture of how yours is setup that would be greatly apreciated. Theres this one guy at school that has a 240sx and he mounts it up top in front of his rear view mirror, i like the way it was setup but i couldnt tell what he used.
I keep mine under my floor mat
just shove it between the glass and the dash on the pass. side! dont shove it to far down there, you might break something! Thats how we did it on my dads accord!
mines shoved on the drivers side to block the VIN
i know this is revolutionary, but beleive me it works. Its called: on the freakin bumper!!
Mine’s somewhere on one of the SoCal freeways … Damn cheap-ass AutoZone plate mounting kit !!!
mine is on my dash covering my lack of Virginia inspection (which by the way i received a ticket for license plate, not inspection which would have been more).
lol , i drilled mine straight into the frame. then when it got ripped off in my crash, i had to smash it with a hammer to flatten it out. The screws that were holding the plate on were stripped, so i hammered the fuckin’ screws into the frame. lol
european plate is on the front bumper, utah plate is under pass. seat.
drilled right in the middle of the front bumper.
Somewhere in my room. I used to put it under the passenger floor mat though.
i dont have a front liscense plate, i dont need one either, AZ you dont have to have one, just a rear
i have mine shoved in between my front lip (stock) and my bumper, you can shove it in there, and it will def. stay. it looks OK, and plus, in IL, you need to have a front plate (legaly)
Under passenger side seat/mat.
Sitting on my workbench
Driver’s side dashboard inbetween the windsheild and the dash. I just haven’t felt compelled to drill into my new bumper. Too bad in WA you have to mount it on the bumper.
shit, even if i wanted it there, where would it bolt onto
Zip-tie it to your grill
In Florida we dont have fron plates but if we did I would buy 4 suckssion cups and stick it on top corner by the passengers side. That way the pigs won’t pull you over saying you don’t have one. If they do just point to it.
Actually in my car, I trimmed up the plate a little bit, and then mounted it to the passenger-side sun visor. That way, whenever I see coppers, I can just flip the visor down, and the plate shows from the front of the car…
No idea if it’s legal here in WA, but it works, and I’m ticketless so far…
