I installed this kit thinking it was going to have similar steering effort to my power rack with all the lines removed/blocked, but it ended up being just a tad harder to steer than my 5’11" 160lb frame is comfortable with. I was looking for a quicker, more “race-inspired” steering feel, and this kit definitely delivered, but since I don’t really track the car, the novelty started to wear off and I wanted something that was a little more daily-driveable. I ended up finding a better compromise by properly de-powering my old rack.
I’d like to get $300 shipped for everything, which I think is fair given the fact that the rack/pinion kit alone goes for around $300 and there are only about 5k miles on it. Otherwise, shoot me offers if you feel it is not. Here are some photos. Not pictured are the (2) stock rubber bushings, which will also be included.
