Will a 6" JRC intercooler fit with no modification? other than removing the AC/PS lines.
With any intercooler you will have to modify things for it to fit. Look forward to cutting your bumper. I have a jrc 6inch and my bumper and bumper support had to be cut for a nice looking fit.

If you get the JRC with offset endtanks you shouldn’t need to cut a thing. Take off your bumper and measure. There are a few options with a 92-93 bumper that wont require any cutting. Anyone who tells you different hasn’t dont their homework. 
We did a gsr and didnt need to cut the bumper at all, kept the A/C and powersteering. We did route the piping through the chassis so we did cut a 2.5" hole in it. The car belongs to k9n here on the forum.

i havnt done the turbo side fmic piping but thats gonna be routed to the washer hole using 2 inch pipe
Chunk, any pictures of that piping routing? I was guessing if I want to keep a/c I’d need to cut a hole or two so any insight might help 
i had a JRC 6 inch on my kit. fitment was great.
