I have searched all over this site…and i can’t find what info im looking for. I wanted to see what most of you guys have to say about xs power turbos? I heard they were junk some places…then i heard some people say that they work great. Whats everyone’s opinons?

working great for me. use experience as a guide not someone who heard they dont work well. ive seen pictures of bad ones but you know garrett turbo’s have bad ones too. they all do. word

The manifold is the weak spot on the kits, to play it safe, get everything from them but the manifold and the turbo
they have cheap turbos, about the same price as a used one, personally i would rather buy a new turbo that will last as long as a used one or perhaps longer
if u arent buildin on a budget dont buy XS power
also do some research, XS Engineering (i think) is what u want to buy, their turbos are a hell of a lot better than XS power ( a new company that just came into the US)
Wrong do not give him bad advice. You cannont call anything made by XS reliable in any way. You must go to a different HMT then me, everyone bashes that shit all day there.
The manis crack, the turbos leak, the BOV’s fail and they have the most godawful customer support. Don’t lead a newb into buying that shit, he cant fix all the little problems with that kind of set up.

What are you trying to say? You tell one guy he’s wrong to say they are crap then you go on to say you shouldn’t buy a manifold OR a turbo from them. Which is it?
As for the thread… I have personally seen the manifold fall apart. Of course I’ve seen an SFP fall apart too. I’ve also seen an XP Power manifold hold together for over 2 years on a 12 sec. b-series.
Noone can dispute that XS Power has a bad reputation and certainly is worse quality than Garrett or any of the other big players. As for my opinion, I certainly wont be buying anything from them ever.
I have a xs power manifold and bov and wastegate on my car right now, havent really driven it since its not tuned but seem to be fine. From what i have heard there products work but just not for that long. i also have a friend that has a xs power manifold and turbo on his car and he just welded the cracked manifold that he bought and both seem to be holding up fine. If your worried about it i say just save up a bit more and get something nicer turbo wise, or just get xs power and then replace it soon like im doing.
