your suspension and pics

rides really good i think for it being lowered, not bouncy at all, drove it from Winnipeg to Vancouver (2200kms) and i enjoyed the ride.
lips are front: Integra Type R Front Lip ABS
rear: Integra Mugen style Rear Lip ABS
there not that color anymore, thought id try something different, but didnt look right to me.

Agreed. I went with a GC/Tokico Illums and I think my spring rates are 450/500. I haven’t had them on the stiffest setting but so far on the number 3 setting the ride is perfect. It’s stiff but not crazy stiff that you can’t sit down. Some roads are more chewed up but you find ways around them or take a different route right?
What do you guys HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting for our car? What’s the best bang for the buck. I know there’s the GC/KoniYellow way, which is probably the best combination for shocks and springs. Just want to know what’s the best out there. Because with my stock shocks close to being blown and shitless coilovers I wanna get a new car or go back to normal. But seeing the car ridin low is soo damn sexy!

Since this is suspension I have Matrix Adjustable Coilovers with stock struts. Sorry no pics tho, but imagine it on 14"steelies w/hubcaps with the fender sitting right ontop of the tire.
You know what man? I spent $1000 and bought brand new Ground Controls w/custom spring rates (450/500) and got brand new Tokico Illum’s and I think they’ve been the best ride so far. Lifetime warrenty with Tokico too and cheaper than Koni’s by about $250.

Ground Controls/Tokico Illumina’s with custom spring rates (450/500) wrapped in 195/55 15’ SI wheels.

So I don’t have to go through all 23 pages, does anyone have pics of Sprint springs? I’m looking at their 2" and their 2.5" springs. Trying to decide which ones. I’ll be running 16x7" Rota wheels.

plzzz i have tokico blues n skunk2 springs and i love it ive had it more than a year and ive had no problems and i live in new york…so dont sayy there junkk…u probably just got defected batch… my drop is 2.25 front and 2.0 rear rides rough and handles good…which is what i like

car looks great man! suspension is all about preference. some people like it stiff, but people that don’t will say it rides like shit even if the setup is good. it’s a tough decision in my opinion and you just have to try it out for yourself.

does anyone know if you can use the 88-91 civic ASR subframe on a DA?

i have a friend that put a DA ASR on his crx, Im pretty sure its going to be the same the other way around hth

Not sure what these are the drop isnt to low so im looking into getting something else! came with car when i bout it. are those stock struts? :bang:

I got function forms type 1. Best I had so far. I prefer these over eibach sportlines…eBay coilovers lol…eBay lowering springs and ground controls I had was too bouncy.
Yeah, I’ll agree blues are junk. I’m riding on Tokico HPs + Eibach Sportlines. Waaaay better than the 192k mile stock shocks + TEIN S Tech spring “suspension setup” that the idiot who owned the car before me decided to use.

If I could do it again I’d get Koni Yellows but unfortunately I didn’t have the money and still don’t.
Thank you for that post.
Your pic is the exact height I want my car to sit at. i’ve currently got the 4 sportline springs, I just need the shocks for all 4 corners.
