Good old tons’o’fun, reliable daily driver!! Dyno’d 254 whp and 227 torque at 10 psi. (Three inch downpipe into basically stock exhaust is bunk, another thing to do over the winter) I LOVE MY GSR!!! I hope you all love it too.

It’s kinda hard to see but it’s there. Looking forward to what it’ll put out in spring with some bigger exhaust!
Did you get your numbers corrected? since it was done on a mustang dyno your numbers are lower then it would be on a dyno jet
Also raise the boost to atleast 12psi its not even coming alive yet at 10psi but it looks good yEp that 3" would do you wonders on the spool up and power
Hmmm, I’m not sure, what difference would the mustang dyno make as opposed to the dyno jet? Ya, there’s a bunch of stuff I have to get done over winter, the exhaust being one of them. The engine was just finished so I’m giving it a wee break in at 10 psi for now. In spring it’ll be repainted, lip kit installed, a few other cosmetic goodies put on, so I’m really excited for that!
the mustang dyno is at a lower output so your true numbers could be much higher
Interesting, I’ll have to find out.
Not bad, but this is NOT a GSR!!! at first when you posted your numbers I didn’t believe you. I haven’t seen a GSR produce so much torque…whatever the case. it’s a good set-up. i think you need to get your exhaust and then retune. it makes a huge difference on everything!!!
It is a GSR actually, the B17 was haggered, so it’s got an LS vtec swapped into it.
I personally believe that the Mustang Dyno is the true HP.
smokeintegra, I was wondering the same about the TQ #'s. I was curious until the OP mentioned LS/VTEC, then it was understandable.
nice! I think the 3" exhaust will help alot.
Oh yes, I just wanted to get it running so I could drive it for a little bit before the snow flies, and I gotta say, boost is so much fun.

To much can go wrong with the mustang. it can heat soak due to the electric motor which can cause a bad read out.
edit: (I shouldnt use the word “wrong” but thats the only word that comes to mind.) so tired
Boost is alot of fun, you will never go back to n/a, the sound of the turbo AND vtec, sends shivers down my back, I can’t wait to get home and go for a ride!
Hahahaha, that’s what I like to hear! vrrrrrrRRRRRRRR PSSSSHTTT!! Oh yes.
Nice setup you got there. I’ll be using that mani in the futrure…It’s suppose to retain power steering and A/C. I’ve heard a few issues with wastegate fitment though. Did you have to grind your head for the Tial wastegate to fit??:read: Also, how hard is it to check your oil with that thing?? Thanks
