aussie da9 teg turbo

ive had a heap of dramas but im gettin there ive got some pics to show u all… however my battery is flat on the camera so cant upload the very latest this is just where i was up to test fitting

atm as it sits i need to do…

  1. mount radiator
  2. get tuned
  3. fit injectors
  4. mount bodykit to fit intercooler
  5. get a/c pipes done
  6. fit condenser
  7. get pcv valve plumbed in
  8. get computer

and i think thats it…

i stuffed up when purchasing the kit i shouldve gotten a different manifold this one doesnt fit the factory condenser in and therefore im using a civic one and radiator… ill have more pics tmrw

the manifold had to be cut down and flange twisted and angled to fit turbo on the way i wanted… the block was also cut for it aswell

im using the thread about the short ic piping for the intercooler route

im using dualcore rad half size off a crx i think… and a 8inch thermo fan

civic condenser to maintain a/c im changing the a/c pipes to keep it on… um… not sure what else yet

have you tried fitting the bumper yet? is it a 92-93 style, or 90-91? Just looks like it is going to be a tight fit, and a lot of trimming, especially where the cold side IC pipe is going to meet the bumper, that was where most of my clearance issues were. That turbo is freaking close to the block, fits just right! Is that an Ebay/chinese wastegate? what are you doing for a PCV system? Might as well paint the valve cover while you’re doing all this work, would make it look 10x better! Looks good, keep us updated!

im trying to keep it all legal so everything has to work and be fine…

im using a bodykit to fit it the bw style fits fine… whole kit is ebay i modified the ramhorns to fit and i also cut the block… very tight… um

pcv is going to run back after the filter before the turbo like stock is… im in the process of doing that now i need to sort out a/c and thermos still

engine management im lookin at crome now… thanks to u guys and im tryin to stay away from e-manage

the intercooler was ebay but didnt come with kit… everything else was kit and pipes had to be re ran

RC engineering 440ccs r now in

had the rocker cover powder coated then i sanded the honda logo back, then painted a few bits
fitted catch can
and skunk2 rad cap
not pictured bov that i have to fix up coz its leaking

got a new condenser and had custom hoses made to fit the smaller avalible space… need to mount it also got a 12 inch fan wedged in there… needs wiring up then the frnt goes back together

Very nice build dude. Do you think having the BOV pointing into the filter will help recirculate some of the air?

im not really concerned because its a ebay turbo kit and thats how it was i cbf changing it… plus the bov wont work because the spring pressure to much… however if i loosen the pressure the vacumn lines snaps when u rev it on the pod filter…

so the bov just there for show atm… im gonna change it to a plumb back or something like a r2d2 something small
