txracer. Is the SP2 new or used? When I put mine on it smoked a little and smelled funny for a little while. I was told that it was kind of burning a coating off and it would go away which it did in about 1k miles.
it will go away in less then 1k miles. and yes its buring off something on the inside. mine did for the first day or 2. just drive alittle harder then normal…and mine was brand new. its a great exhaust system. nce low tone till you punch it then every one and there mother knows your flooring it…lol…
why dont you get rid your self of another besides the g2…

have any of you guys bought one of those ebay type r look alike shift knobs? ive read some user feedback and the were a few post made about them being brass. would brass be ok for a shift knob ? i know it would be tad heavyer but it should still work . any feed back would help

Brass is a sad color for a shifter, so I believe. It gets super hot and dulls real easily. But it’s up to you.
ya i ordered my itr knob from another guy and this one is aluminum. guys i know this isnt in my head, and i know the butt dyno isnt accurate. but after gutting out the front of my car just the carpet, i shit you not i can now scratch 3rd. i have never heard my tires squeal when i slam into 3rd but have done it 5 times today and then my clutch slips just enough to where it wont . but still i heard the scratch in 3rd. and i have been grinning from ear to ear all day about it…

after checking out that dc with nos. i think i might get me a kit, ive been looking them up and reading up on running it. they seem very very easy and simple to wire up. and i dont think spraying a 35shot would do anything bad. even the wet kits are easy t fitting in the fuel line to the fuel rail.
what do you guys think a b18a1 with almost 150k on it. with a 35 shot. think it will handle that ? hmm i might even be able to take out vdo 
question ive been pondering this. if you add a bolt on upgrade ( intake, header etc…) you loose a certain amount of the added power to the tranny. does the same apply for nos? i ask this cuz if i ran a 35 shot, i would only net 10 to 15 hp to the wheels or less. so a 35 shot might not even be worth it.
also some one at the meet up asked me about the front strut bar that i have that doesnt fit my car. well i got bored today and shimmed the mounting brackets up and got the strut bar to fit properly…sorry
