[QUOTE=Deceptakhan;2209563]Lol, I don’t know why I update here only 6 people look at muh thread. Ah well for those 6 its worth it. For the rest just look and click away. Thanks.

7 actually, but thanks… :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m diggin the custom gauge set-up you have going on… Ugh I can’t think of where to mount my single gauge at.

Quick question though, what’s the non AC fan switch for? I deleted my ac pump/lines etc and threw in the non-ac duct, but just left it at that. Is there something I overlooked??

Anywho, nice updates man. All the little details will definitely be apparent when its all finished up.

Thanks! My bad on the mistake xD

Your switch should work just fine. The non AC switch just deletes the middle AC button of the knob. Not real important, I for one will be keeping the AC switch there (already got the LED for it lol). All the AC stuff is just going on Ebay (I have a new firewall grommet) to fund the build as I already have my delete kit installed. I am going to the yard today, I’ll grab some pics of everything when I get home.

I also grabbed a nifty single gauge/clock mount of a corrado. I’ll post a pic. If it could work for you I can send it out. I just grabbed it because I like little extras that may one day serve a purpose. That and I have a bunch of store credit at the yard, so I can grab whatever and not pay in real monies. xD

Oh oh oh, when you said Fan Switch I was thinking of the actual switch mounted in the thermostat housing… Yeah I don’t mind keeping the AC button in the dash/blower motor controller knob thingy.

New firewall plug ftw! Thankfully I was able to snag one of those from my local dealer.

Definitely post up a pic of the clock/gauge mount, maybe I’ll pick it up from ya. I thought about making a mold of the ash-tray and making a pod that would replace the factory ashtray/drawer, but I dunno… or getting rid of the HVAC/vent on the left-side of the steering wheel and mounting the pod there… I’m just indecisive lol.

Both locations would be cool! This bezel might work for both, I don’t know. A pic would really help. I f you wanted it I can just ship it for nothing, I usually pay a couple hundred in shipping a week so whats another 1.39?

If anything, hit the yards and look out for 80’s VW’s, early 80’s Audi and Volvos. I have found that some of these have OEM 52mm gauges in them and the bezels could be made into anything. The gauges are also VDO, not the best looking but they are accurate and reliable. I have also heard rumors some Saabs came from the factory with gauge packs, though after browsing literally hundreds of saabs have yet to see one. Just trying to help, some places charge 20 shipped for a simple bezel.

Sorry for the confusion regarding the fan switch! Didn’t mean to scare you!

Save me one of those prop valves Carl please! I need one for the DB

Done, they were about to list at 730 tonight. Its all yours, already paid for xD

1 of 7 checking in  glad to hear your getting some work in brotha:up:

Ah shit buddy, thanks!!

Werd man! xD

ok so I went back and did some more work.

New toe compensator arms! The pics don’t really show, but the bushing was imprinted at a slight angle, and some cracked out.

Rear suspension is done! Just needs a good cleaning. I’m slacking on that.

And I did a TON of work on the front. har har har

The bay so far and the stupendously fresh brake booster.

My messed up brake lines.

So I got a new set, and the missing line that goes to the passenger brake.

And WTF Energy Suspension? I didn’t mix up bolts, this is what they sent me. Maybe a longer one for circle track racing? :stuck_out_tongue: I don’t know if I can contact them, I ordered the kit over a year ago.

And that’s it. I would have the front done, but the ring washers are too big for the camber kit/A arm anchors. If I try without them, there is play. I am going to try to have some made out of sheet metal, a few in 16, 18, and 20 gauge. Therefore all I could really do is bolt up struts.

EDIT:
Unified, the bezel is for a 45mm gauge. Oddball I know, though there are some available for the aftermarket. Let me know.

Today was rediculously busy at work and I didn’t get a chance to run out and take some measurements of my AutoMeter… I’ll be sure to do so in the morning and will let you know if I can use that gauge pod.

Ugh this warm-weather then rain crap is killin me!! I’m ready to put in some work and get behind the wheel again.

All good man! If it is autometer, I am thinking this may not work as I assume the autometer is either 52 or 60mm (2 1/16 1/2).

My Civic Wagon will be leaving me soon. Selling for something Voltage Blue Metallic with a B18C1 and 4 doors and is the last year they ever made this model.

Yeah I’m thinking my gauge will be a little big, no worries though.

Voltage Blue looks very clean and it seems to be fairly uncommon, especially around here. Good stuff, that should be a nice DD… assuming that is the intention.

Yup! I can’t stand driving my Pacifica anymore. It is the anti-fun ride. Nice and comfy, but can’t be persuaded to play even in the snow.

After my DA is done, I have always wanted to build a DB8. Honestly a real itr wing and front end and I would be happy. So mainly just aesthetics if I do ‘build’ it up.

All whilst keeping the DA… RIGHT!!! :squint: :squint: :squint: :squint: :squint:

look whos putting in some work

im sure carl would try to sell his left testicle before the GSR

LOL. Priorities are in order I see

Yes! I love my DA!

Haha for sure! I would only sell the DA if something dire happened, but NEVER for another car.

Yes they are. Sorta. A house is what I really need. School first though.

The DB8 is mine. A little rough, but aquired for 1400 cash. Leather interior is in great shape! Engine runs, I might swap it or rebuild it. Whatever, it has to happen soon. I will post pics when I get it all cleaned up.

New G ride. 2001 Acura Integra GSR in Voltage blue. It was weird, changed all the spark plugs and the check engine light went off. One of the plugs was so fouled with oil it was running on 3 cylinders. After 1 minute, check light came back on. Drove the car, sounds like a damn subaru. Anyways price was good.

I took the spark cover off and didn’t replace it.

Bad side.

RICER!!! :giggle:

congrats mang, sounds like ignition issues but steal of deal never the less
