Carlitos' SoCo build thread

Looking good mang, get ready. tomorrow we get that carpet pulled and get taht tuck started:up:

havenā€™t checked up on this but looks like the build is going good Carl.

glad to hear your wife is ok!

It means advice either you take it or not. Donā€™t laugh if I were the moderator I would regulate on this forum board and also on Honda-Tech though I have a billion dollars.

Got to eat some DELICIOUS Korean BBQ, and burritos/tostadas yesterday! Oh yea, we got some work done too :), hahaha. Update sonn

 thanks for coming down guys! It was a blast as always.

I am going to go get my books and stop by at Brians, I will have pics by 6pm

Alright, so Glynn and Agazzi came down and we got some work done.

And we got the firewall pad out in one piece. Oh yeah!

Amazing, I believe this is the first time I have ever seen that part removed all in one piece. Didnā€™t even know what it looked like whole, mine came out in chunks at a time.

damn carl you guys are doing a great job. im telling ya. you guys need to be my neighbors:P

mine went from frost white to ggp from the is300. but who knows it might be time to change the color now that im doing everything else to the car.

I vote for atec green pearl. Its beautiful and you dont see it often  and a fresh coat of that color along with some sick wheels and weā€™ll need a clean up on aisle 3:giggle:

Haha, yea I was the one who was pretty adamant about getting that part out with any damage. All it took was an interior trim pad popper, and some mrpenny love

Lol I have to thank Agazzi and Glynn for this! We were talking about it and thinking it was the first time we have seen one not come out in chunks. Bravo guys!

But honeslt just get a panel puller or whatever tool it is (I can get a pic) and it comes out pretty well. With help

Nice color! Post a pic! And thanks for the reassurance on color, I am going to keep her AGP. We will see, one step at a time. Still love EBP, rootbeer, and even a nice gunmetal crosses my mind at times lol.

Thanks for the compliments!

Lastly, I just got home from working on the teg. Just a cell phone shot. All I did was clean and remove brackets and stuff.

Thanks man! The difference is night and day, though areas where the brakes were and battery are looking pretty rough though. Still, the only rust I found is where the battery was at :frowning:
