Couple Years Missing Back in Action NOW!!!

looks good man i just put in my drag suspension aswell. Keep up the good work.

Well i am at the shop now and really have only stared at my car for an hour trying to get excited about it again. I am at a standstill right now. I need a couple of parts to actually install my turbo manifold and my fuel system parts are going to be here tomorrow i think. I am kinda discouraged right now as i feel like all the fun stuff is done like making the parts and now that i have to put it together its not as exciting at this point right now. I will post some more pics as soon as i get some more time but yeah i have a one week vacation on wednesday and am going to try to go hard at my car when i get back …

Bump i wanna see whats new!!!

how much of the car do you have to wire up? Just an engine harness, or did you remove the main body harness too? Just curious to see what you got yourself into because I’m just doing a sort of “minor” wire tuck, and its still a good amount of work.

subscribed. Keep up the great work Tommy.

Well boys its been a while again… I have gotten some stuff done latly and will have progress pics up this weekend for sure. I have to rewire everything from the firewall to the front of the car. But i am ordering all military high grade wiring for the ecu and engine harness that basically Motec harnesses are made of. It is very pricy but its my baby and i am going to keep up my insane overkill car progress… hahah soon guys i hope…

Happy b-day! Can’t wait to see progress on this beast.

So this weekend i thought i would get more done than i did. But i did get my exhaust manifold and all of the front end motor stuff tightened up and now for the intake and wiring man i am way tooo picky and it is taking longer than i really expected… heres some pics tho along with my mocked downpipe…

looks wicked man, it’s okay that ur picky man, ull congratulate your self in the end sayin " wow im glad i did it this way" so far it looks really realy good and looks like uv been putting lots of time and effort to make it perfect, and so far so good, really good. wish i had the talent that u have man, keep up the great work.

Heres a few more pics of my custom intake and my car in the sunshine here in BEAUTIFUL (fukin hot!!!) British Columbia!!!

just currius and maybe I missed it but what kind of ignition are you running. I see the C.O.P and what looks to be some kind of sensor pickup where the distributor should be.

Over all, very impressive sir.

Tommy is that a Magnus Intake Manifold or did you put that together?

I built the intake myself just using the stock intake flange and thats it. I matched the intake port 14 degree runner and made velosity stacks inside with a mustang 75mm throttle body…

The ignition i am using is an AEM cam crank sensor in place of the stock distributor and i am using a M&W cdi 2 channel ignition to run the COP…

can we say secks. :rockon::rockon::rockon::rockon:

thanks for the comments guys. I have hit another wall again and am trying sooooo hard to keep my motivation up and get the car done. I am so close now just need to finish the waste gate dump and then on to the intake and all the wiring to finish it off…

thats unreal i love this build

looks great keep it up

One of the best looking exhaust wraps ever, most of the ones I see look like ass.

yeh theres a trick to it

i keep mine in a bucket of water and use avaition wire to tie it up

Are there better brands of exhaust wrap or are they all basically the same?

i know this sounds funny but the cheap ebay stuff is good

i use that its tighter and smaller braids so it looks neater and stays together better

the wider braids fall apart and there usually industrial types…

i bought the ebay brand stuff and still dont have any problems i find it works better the finer the braid
