heres another one, might have to get a little creative modifying of the charge pipping. it dosnt say specificly but it looks like the length of the intercooler is a little shorter

i like the idea of this intercooler, but if there is more room to make it look more center i would then fab up the pipes 45 degree angle then weld so the coupler can be use only 3 inches with clamps that way i get more cleareance with the IC being center more. Just looks better with everything even i guess.
Also I figured shorter pipe allow faster spool time and acceleration as well just like SRI intakes or Just filter vs cai.

because the longer ur intake pipe is the more air u have already behind that filter
a filter is a restriction there for restricting air getting in, but if u already have enough air in there (past the filter) it would be better because its unrestricted…

you cant make it centered. Teh endtanks would be right on the frame rails and you would have to go around them with the charge piping(ftl)
and it spools fine with my 35r, the 2.5 piping is as big as my outlet of the tubro, inlet and ourlet of IC, and intake manifold.

that extra 4 inches would be hell trying to get it to fit … the 18 was har enough with trimming… having this setup you cannot have a bumper support or crash bars or any of that… its all removed.

if you read the thread, you would have read that this is not a STREET CAR. I do not drive the car on the street… very much.
and that bumper support has little effet anyway, frame rails will help more than that thing.
