I bought a cheap ebay CAI today for the parts. Hopefully it will be here before the meet. I also threatened Jerome’s life, so he should be there too.
Cool… I have an Ebay CAI… I just have not modified it to work with my PRM filter… but maybe I will get time for some of that this summer…

I just thought of something… do any of you guys have a STOCK exhaust system laying around? I have a VRS pipe kit that I would like to verify will fit the car correctly before I drop $$$ on a muffler and tip for the car…

Stock system was replaced with some nice 2.25" about 8 months ago, old was cut up and thrown away. Minus the flanges, since they come in handy sometimes.
No need for MTF.

What 2.25 system did you put on? Was it a custom crush bent or mandrel bent?
kteller mandrel bent. I did not get the SS, as its really not needed down here. galvanized is ok for down here.

That is the issue… I have a complete VRS aluminized 2.25 pipe kit… just need the muffler and tip… I guess I will just have to get a muffler and take it all in somewhere to have it welded up…
