I am staying in Euless… the same apartment complex… just going from a 750ft^2 1 bedroom to an 1050ft^2 2 bedroom for some extra space… so it is an easy move… and having the HB to throw stuff in to drive it around the corner will make it easier… 
Are there anyone here that is a member of Dallas Imports.net? If so, do you have enough points to open a thread to let people know about saturdays meet? I am a member, but do not have points to open a thread.
My contacts on Car Domain.com have not responded and the few people I know with second gens are either broke down or have other occations to attend that was already planned…

I try to spend as little time as possible up here… I make a quick exit into Ft Worth city limits when I leave my apartment… I hate Euless cops… and their artificially LOW speed limit… 35mph on a four lane median divided road!
Anyone know where i can get h4h bulbs locally? Like before our meet? Know any shops that carry them? Need them ASAP!!!

Better than nothing, but expect to mess up a pair, and have poor light output unless you do the second mod down farther by unsoldering the bulb and moving it down.
It will at least get you around until you can order some.
Well, I am not going to the band of brothers release party tomorrow. 
But I am geting a 65" HDTV delivered to my house this weekend!

I just have to charge my battery in the Teg, it has not been driven in a month.
Sucks not driving it in so long, but the car I am driving gets much better mpg, and I don’t mind putting 60+ miles a day on it.

I will be there… probably without the wife… and I am still in the MAYBE catagory on having the Teg… I have several yards to mow, so I will ahve it out if I can get the work done to get it inspected…
Alright, I stopped over at Redline today and told Justin about the meet. He just recently acquired a DA that had bad frame damage done to the chassis and is selling parts off the car. He has already sold the engine and tranny. I just bought the front bumper and turn signals.
I invited him to come out tomorrow after taking pics on a digital camera of what else that can be salvaged off this car. So if anyone needs parts, he will be there to show you on his camera what is in good shape and what you might want for your car.
Justin also knows the guy from the May meet, the one with the spray painted camoflauge green DA. He is going to let him know about the meet as well, and in turn will let his friend with the spray painted green DB to come through!
I just got Al’s Hondata remapped and am heading over to his house in a minute to see if we can get his turbocharged DA running tomorrow night as well.
Al’s co-worker Mario is a 2nd gen fan, but does not own one as of yet, (he owns a VW Beetle), and begged me if he could come. I told him to bring his young buddy (18 years old) who owns a 2nd gen to fall through as well.
So fellas, dont hold your breath on this one, its all about all talk and actual action from these individuals. So Op207, you might want to break out the digital camera again for this just in case…
I will not be bringing out the DA tonight I can’t win with the car right now as the battery is COMPLETELY dead, so I can’t do the electrical work I need to… I will still be out tonight… just in my Civic instead.
Ya, I will be bringing the camera. No worries there.

are there any pieces you might need for your car? Tonight is the night Justin will be coming out to sell pieces needed for any second gen, from his salvaged DA! Motor, tranny and front bumper are already sold. The rest of ANYTHING else from windows, hatch, interior, shift knob, etc you name it, he has it. This goes for anybody needing anything for their second gen!
Keep in mind though my car’s not 100% yet. More like 82-83% I don’t want too much hassles about it ok!!! LOL! and dang i just bought a shift knob from bdj’s around 12 today!!
I am 100% out for October… I have too many things going on… if you guys still want to set something up, I will edit the first post… LMK

The pictures really suck. Mostly because of focus. If we were in the CIA, taking covert pictures, they would be fine. But because you want them for a website, we need to retake them. Maybe in a few weeks we can retake them.
This was the only good one out of the bunch, and its only good because of its “artsy” look.
The focus point is wrong (should be more in the range of the first plugwire).
Maybe in a couple weeks you and I could meet somewhere to do a “photoshoot”.
Its up to you.
No more excuses… I spent the day working on my DA because I was trying to avoid thinking about events in the last 30 or so hours (called in sick to work), so the DA is finally back on the road… completely LEGAL too… and I finally got my driving lights working again…
