id like to go with a full rad when i go turbo. So lets see some set ups using full rad what mani are you using and what else you had to do.
if i were to keep a rull rad id get a custom manifold made. i have a half rad and i still got a custom manifold made any way. custom ftw!
How much power do you plan on making? If you want to keep your full rad your better off going with the log manifold…but those manis are good for 350whp
thats around what i want i was going to get the blox mani. I should be able to use full rad and power steering pluss it has a good WG location i reall would like to see what people have done to keep full rad
I had a custom manifold made to keep full rad but i had to get a pusher fan and remove a/c

how do you guys run the ic piping with the full radiator? cut the frame rail?
Yes, through the drivers side…
The passenger side already has a clear path up to the throttle body.
The right turbo manifold and turbo compressor housing size is crucial when trying to retain the AC/PS in a boosted setup.
Depending on which side of the block the compressor housing sits, you might have to grind the webbing off the block.
I’m using a Greedy 18G TD05 B16/B18 kit. It fits like a glove with a full size Fluidyne radiator and 2 slim fans with AC and PS intact.

Kuppa, I don’t have any pics of my setup due to the fact that the engine and turbo setup combo is sitting on a engine stand.
thats a b18 a like mine but how did u get ur turbo to fit on the manifold if its to close it hits on the bellhousing and the side of the block anyone know???
you have to grind some of the webbing off the block where the turbo hits
