Changing a radiator is quicker than changing the oil, unless you run into a problem or something. Seriously, it’s in betweeen changing the battery, and changing the oil.
Okay, so I put it in the car tonight. It was a hard fit, but only because my intercooler piping touches the radiator on both sides. The fan mounting holes were a little off, but it’s really easy to make some bracket (which I was already using in the first place). For some reason, it seems to hold the same amount of coolant, even though it’s twice the size. I drove it pretty hard up a bunch of mountain trails for a good two hours, and the needle stayed right where it did with the stock radiator (which was a little higher than before I had the turbo on). But it held steady. When I get more time and money, I will look into getting some pusher fans like in the picture on page two, and make some ducts to cool it off a little better, and I’m sure it will run much cooler. Otherwise, the radiator from radiatorbarn.com get a thumbs up for me so far.

Yes, they do. The switch is located right next to the oil filter, mounted in a large hex plug that screws into the oil drain passage.
