I read the post you made regarding that topic and that is the way you should be all the time. I mean every now and again being a dick doesnt bother me. Everyone has their moments and need to lash out and can be forgave or just disregarded, but when it is a constant thing then it gets kinda annoying. And thinking that being a dick to someone is going to make them change or learn anything does not work. Maybe take the time to show them where they are wrong in a more polite way and they might listen more.

You and me both know how you act on here is not what you are taught in the military. Like I said before, for someone that is so military gung-ho you would know that plain and simple. There is no excuse you can justify your past actions on here.

If you really want an AFI regarding what you are doing on here, I can pull it up when I get back from this advanced school I am currently at. 24hrs a day you are AF, not part time. Just because you get a DUI off base doesnt mean it wont follow you back to base.

And when I get the AFI I will email it to you so no one besides me and you no it, and you wont have to leave G2iC. And also we both know how the AFI states stuff. It wont specifically state being a dick on the internet, but how you act as a military member.

Dude I really hope you are not impling you are an NCOIC, because if so, the military has failed somewhere. I am 26 and a Sra. Didnt come in till almost 22. I test this year. I never said that I know anything about you did I? I am just going by the way you act on here. And I am not in the 62nd CS, but a actual NCOIC would know that I am in CES. And feel free to call them, I actually would hope that you really do. Here is my name Jereme D. Harris. That way they can get a first hand look how you act when out of the military’s eyes. First off that problem was addressed when I got to mcchord and the CSA’s couldnt get it to save in the systems, and second like I said you dont have no where close to the balls to send it. And this is coming as a man to man statement. You are only 2 years older then me. But again, PLEASE EMAIL MY SHIRT. Nothing more then constructive attitude corrections from one G2iC/Air Force member to another. I do want to apologze to the admins for taking up bandwith with all this non-sense, but I felt it was needed, mainly for the fact of military to military. Like I said once and a while is understandable, but a constant and daily routine shows a lack of character, ignorance, and total disrespect for fellow members irreguardless of the question asked and to top it off from someone that is suppose to represent this country home and abroad. A polite explaination on what they are doing wrong, or use the search feature, or just not type anything works better then de-grading or belittling someone.

Again admins I am apologize on my part for what was said in this topic.

Obviously I am not the only one that felt this way on here.

Mark, you make reading your posts downright painful. I know you like to use the anonymity of the internet to your full advantage, but there are people (ahem) who know you.

You’ve been an NCO for what, 25 days now? And you’re already swinging the NCO bat like it means something? Knock it off. And NCOIC? Please… everyone there is an NCOIC of something. It’s ridiculous. I was an NCOIC of nutworking as a SrA for chrissakes.

You really should listen to the SrA here and stop using your uniform as leverage in e-battles. It really isn’t professional, even if it’s not explicitely stated in AFI that you shouldn’t have e-battles and be rude to people.

On a personal level, your shop is a joke, your office is a joke, your whole damn squadron is a joke. All we did there was surf the internet and try and stay out of trouble. Do that and you can get firewall 5s as long as you’re there, win awards, BTZ, OTS, whatever. It’s a great place to succeed without doing anything. Being assigned to that squadron doesn’t make anyone Jack Bauer, Rambo, or shit, even the lowliest marine on foot patrol in Iraq. It’s a bullshit job, and everyone knows it all the way up to the group commander. That’s why they task you guys with bullshit jobs like retreat, because they know it’s a great place to go to get warm bodies who aren’t otherwise engaged in real work.

Even though I feel that I’ve done a lot of good work for certain people at certain times, there’s no denying that our whole damn career field is pretty much pointless – you know it, I know it, but the rest of the world may not know it. Even though that may give you the ability to pretend we’re someone we’re not, that doesn’t really give you the right. IMO, doing so is disrespectful to the people in uniform who ARE in harms way, or suffering in some way due to the demands placed on them. As someone who misuses government computers on government time just as egregiously as you, it really bothers me, really truly bugs me, seeing you come onto this forum swinging your stripes around like they’re a tool to help you put others down.

And that’s all I have to say about that.

Thanks for backing me on that. For a while I thought me and him were the only ones on here that is military and if not, me being the only that would take the time to say something. I acted like when I first got in and got into my far share of trouble, but as I got older I realized that if I want to suceed in something that I love then it was time to grow up and start acting like an adult and treating the uniform I wear with more respect. I have got into pissing matches with people of much higher rank then him. Rank does not scare me when I know I am right and the other is wrong. If I get disrespected, irreguardless of the rank of the other person, the same will be given back.

I am not one to go around and yell at people for hats on in buildings, hair cuts, boots polished, but when it comes to what a fellow AF member does in public that cause the general population to frown on the AF, I look at it as they are including me in it, which they are, because I am letting it happen or tolerating it and wearing the same uniform.

And a little info on me to ferret. I got a 4 on my first EPR, all from acting unprofessional when I as young and arrogant. It took 15 points from me last testing cycle. If I would have had that 5, I would have made it by 10.4 points. I got a 63 on my skt and a 52 on my pfe without cracking a book because I knew the 4 would kill me on my first chance at testing. My career field has 8 cdc books, all an inch thick. My tech school was 7 1/2 months long if that tells you how much information and training is required to do what I do. And we actully get deployed into locations with the army that require being armed 24/7 and diggin holes to go to the bathroom.

PS: You might not know this, but my career field has the most deaths in the air force per year due to power lines and high-voltage. PJ’s, CC’s, or EOD doesnt even come close. And day in and day out I am working in the rain, sun, hot and cold, and snow. I dont get to hang out in a warm or cool office all day. When the base goes down and everyone goes home I come to work after already having a full days work.

I want my time back… I desperately need to get a front camber kit, and I was about to buy the skunk 2 kit; however, now I hear word of slippage. I guess I will check out the spc kit as I have their rear already, and I was impressed with the quality.
