carpet looks good. Maybe I need to add those back seat clips to my dealer purchase list.
Like I said I just got mine from eBay… OEM prices were way too high imo.
So… Konigs are sold… Hopefully I can get the new wheels ordered tomorrow!
The UPS man was polite enough to leave some boxes for me…
I was amazed… ordered these late Monday morning, and they arrived today!
I love the color… the style… The size… the ONLY thing I hate about them is that it says Rays Eng. on them… I know it’s a knockoff, but REALLY?? That is just unnecessary lol.
I ordered some black aluminum valve stems from 949Racing last night. Figured they’d look better than the standard black rubber ones. They set me back a whole $17, and free shipping. This definitely beats the $90+ I saw Volk stems going for. Call me cheap but g’damn!
Next task is to find someone who can mount my tires on these without killing the finish on them.
nice rims regardless.
They say “RAVS” engineering  it is scary how they knock that off though, I looked at mine REAL close when I bought em to make sure they were real.
I looked closer, and sure enough, RAVS lol.
It does bother me… but as I said, really not in a position to drop $1,800 on wheels. Being that I had Konigs in the first place, I don’t see it as a downgrade.
Most of all I wanted a different style of wheel… the 18-spoke look wasn’t working.
Wheel look good. I think the originals in Mag Blue is still on my want list.
Mike, do you know if they made 15x7 in mag blue? I still don’t think I’ve seen a set. I almost had mine sprayed mag blue but opted to go the cheap route and just plasti dip them. But I’m not too stoked on the results was was gonna have mine painted when I need to swap tires next. Speaking of wheels, what are you gonna be running, you’re on rpf1s right now?
I’m pretty sure you can custom order them, but the wait time is 6-12 months for something like that.
nice wheels
RAV? hahaha we used to call our junk that in high school…they look good tho
If only I was driving a Rav, it wouldn’t be as out of place
These things are wiiiiiiide… Much moreso than I had really thought. My buddy who ran them said he got them to tuck simply by dropping the car… No camber kit or anything. Hopefully when I adjust the height I can get them to pull in a little. Also, putting the mudflaps back on will definitely help them not look so wide.
whats the width on them? cuz i recently stuffed 15x8 with a +12 under my car
15x8 +25 if memory serves.
The white DA on page 15 is the one I was referring to. All stock camber/suspension equipment, just Megan EZ Street coilovers installed. No rolled/pulled fenders or anything.
I’m really hoping that I can get mine dialed in that well.
that white DA on page 15 looks like it has alot of negative camber
Better side-profile shot…
Doesn’t look like an awful amount of camber, really. The rear looks fairly straight… the front looks a bit negative though.
I’ll have to fool around and see how I can get it to sit. As of now there is about a 2 to 3 finger gap between the tires and my fenders.
too me looks like around the same as mine like -2.5 rear and around -3 front…but its pics its hard to tell…there was someone selling the volk ce28 locally lately for $600 i wish i coulda grabbed em
Ravs. LOL love it. those will look good on your ride
Wow, you’re alive!
I really need to pull it out and see the color in sun light… about half of the people I’ve shown think it will look good, the other half seem to think that it will look like a shoddy attempt at color-matching my exterior color. I don’t think they’re THAT similar.
Either way, some will like them… Some won’t. As long as I like the end result, I’ll keep them.
This is how they’re looking at the moment. As I mentioned earlier, I think the mud flaps will make them appear a little less wide.
HAHA, Some say crack kill, I say work kills. kills my motavation and energy to put any work in the garage or on here looks like im going for my 2nd page of GD pownage
