Wasn’t me. I did go to Centennial years ago.
There is another G2 similar to mine in the area though. Only difference is he has Slip Streams, where I don’t. Our wheels look very similar though.

yee it had black slips. regardless looks good (Y) keep it up

that cluster is looking nice :up:

Thanks guys.
Stock cluster is back in until I get the speedo and ECT working 100%.

Really nice build up. The cluster looks amazing.
Sorry to go off topic here… but I’m really hoping to grab your type R lip off you for your asking price. Please email me at g2teg416-at-gmail.com
I have cash on hand and I’m in Mississauga.

Wow very nice, I would LOVE to see a write up on the S2K cluster!! Lookin to do this in the near future!

I should have the cluster done by the end of the month I hope.
I need to order the speedo converter but I’ve been so bloody busy with work and life in general that I haven’t gone to the bike dealership to order it.

I plan to get out there next week though and then once that arrives, in she goes!

Getting closer and closer to doing the actual cluster swap.
Got my VSS all wired up.

Also got my factory S2000 ECT sensor wired up.

Stopped by Teknotik and got my rad hose insert too.

Only issue is the sensor doesn’t thread in so I need to figure out the threads and get a nice aluminum adapter for it.
Also need to find some carbon fiber to trim it all out, worked on that today and got a template made.

Well, I let my girl friend drive the car last night, told her to avoid pot holes and she did. Instead she hit a small creator in the road. Not sure what’s wrong with it but something is thumping around out back (like flat tire sound). It’s also being a dirty whore and not starting (no crank) so I think it’s a bad ground or possibly the starter so that will be looked at too.
The CAA guy had some nice ramps made up to get the car on the lift. He used to work for AAA in San Diego, so he’s used to getting low riders on to flat beds.

theres a lesson to be learned here. Never let your girl behind the wheel again:giggle:

Hope you got her fixed by now:up:

that is so true.

i let my ex drive mine a couple times, and the last time i ever let her she managed to pop a tire along the bead. :fingban:

Was only a rim so it wasn’t anything to expensive.
Also had my starter fixed too.

Other then that no updates, too damn busy.

Good work man, can’t wait to see the finished cluster. And yeah, never ever let a girlfriend drive our tegs. They don’t see road hazards the same way we do. You tell them to avoid potholes they will run over 2x4s.

Not too much to updated on. Gathering some parts for next year.
Brought her back up to stock-ish height, the rear looks low because DAs have low rear fenders.

Also had my buddy make up a shift extender for me, love it.

I soldered the S2000 gauge harness to the factory one today. Also ran all the wires for the ECT converter and got it sort of hooked up. I need to find some where better ground the module.

I need to get some split loom and clean it up once I wire the VSS in. Just need to order some CF to trim it out.

get the speedo workin buddy!

I plan to lol.
Work is slowing down right and Christmas is right around the corner so I’d prefer not to spend too much more money on the car.
I want to buy my cf trim panels from Bryan at iSport but I might wait till after Christmas so I can buy a CF roof cap too (I hope at least).

Another day, another update (don’t get use to it lawlz).

Wonder what’s in the bling Spoon Sports box?

Well, they’re not Spoon Monoblocks but I guess NSX calipers will have to do for my brake upgrade.

My Pro Sport Oil Temp And Pressure gauges showed up today.
Sorry, but all I have is cell phone pictures for now. I will have better pictures, an install write up and review on them on Friday.

First impressions, nice looking gauges, comes with all the wiring though it is a bit on the small side in terms of gauge (will have to be extended to reach the sensors I think), instructions are decent, comes with the pod and hood included, Defi style without the Defi price (These two cost as much as 1 Defi gauge and no controller need).
Now I’m not comparing them to Defi because there is no comparison of course. I’ve read lots of reviews on these things, heard good and bad stories so I decided fuck it, I’ll try them and see what happens.

I’ll be installing them in a custom made dash panel that replaces my center vents. Going to try and install them with the hoods on too, if I can get it to look proper.

Teaser of the Pro Sports, need to get my dash back together and do the senders, tomorrow.
