What H4 LED bulbs do you recommend. I also will need a set of adapters for my headlights.
I have not tried very many options, but I have been happy with the Hikari-branded bulbs.
I’m waiting for some feedback from those that I sent the prototypes to.
Unfortunately, I’m not getting any feedback from those I’ve sent the adapter to. To be clear, through these shipments, I was trying to get some data how well this design fares given different vehicles and bulbs. There are MANY variables out there that would make this not work.
I might as well just make them available with a CAVEAT / DISCLAIMER regarding the bulbs they were designed for and they may not fit for other applications. I will put emphasis on getting this done this weekend.

I need to recalibrate my printer after working on the sun visor part which required a bigger nozzle. Will begin printing these ASAP.

I am ready to buy a set of adapters if they are available. I would be willing to test my application and provide feedback. I ended up buying SEALIGHT H4/9003/HB2 LED Fog Bulbs, 70000LM Brightness. I measured with a caliper and the diameter is 19mm. I also measured the length of the h4 socket adapter, that is 14mm. It has locking tabs. Current suspension, Tein Basic, road quality in my area is not the smoothest there are some spot with bad dips. I live in SE Texas and it will get pretty hot soon. Last time I drove the car the engine bay temps next to my cold air intake reached 149 degrees f.
Those look promising given the dimensions!

I would like to pull the headlights this weekend after running them all week. They probably got about 30 minute cycles a day, with ambient heat in Florida (90F degree days). Probably a good starting point.
