Thats an ERL cast manifold…they are great and i dont think they make them anymore i will call and find out if any one whats one. There one of the bette cast iron manifolds out there.

What size is that intercooler? Dimensions? What brand? I like how it fills up the hole. I personally don’t like the small ones that people put on where you can see the piping through the bumper opening.

i dont know off hand what the dementions are but ill measure it up tomorrow at work and tell you, but the intercooler is from a e350 turbo truck and they were all made out of alluminum so we took one and cut it into 3 sections then welded them shut kept one and sold the other two.

so i did some measuring sorry it’s a little late lots of work at work…

lenth is 30 inches from fin end to fin end and 42 inches from end to end from pipes

it’s 6 1/2 inches tall

and 3 inches wide.

heres my turbo teg. it’s a 1992 integra gs-r, jdm b18c, peak boost turbo kit,skunk 2 im, rc 550 injectors, act hdss clutch, act pro lite flywheel, custom traction system, which copies the full-race traction system,skunk 2 coilovers, russell brake lines, brembo cross-drilled and slotted rotors with hawk pads, and hondata s200 for boost. I have alot more mods, but this list is the stuff I recently put on when I put it in the shop 3 months ago. I should have it back next week, im just waiting to get it tuned and the exhaust system is being put on as we speak. Sorry about the pic, its with my phone, I will have better ones when I get my car back.

Hondatec38, is your valve cover painted of powder coated? if its painted what paint did you use?

It’s painted. I got the paint from Sears Hardware and it is chalkboard paint. I just wanted a flat green and thought that was a cool and different color.

i am gunna have the manifold soon which will be a cast log.

the 2 things i am unshure of are what turbo and tuning programme to run. i am looking for 200 to 250 horse.

the motor i am runnin is a jdm b20b that is healthy as a horse.

nice. i was looking for a flat looking green as well but couldn’t find one. i want it to match my wheels. is it wrinkled like that or did you just paint over the oem black wrinkle paint?

where does everyone live. How is it legal for everyone cutting up there bumpers,
here in PA i have been a licensed inspector for 2 1/2 years and it is definitely not legal here. or is it FTW
