Pics of your Turbo setup !

from what ive seen from most of the pictures it looks like u guys jam the silicon coupling in where the intake is of the turbo and then bolt it up to the manifold…

anyone got pics of the exhaust systems they r running cats or no cats gates and dumps please

b18a1 bottom end stock, Pr3 vtec head stock, 225 lp fuel pump, 2.5" down pipe and exhaust, 450 Injectors, Neptune soon! Act clutch, Fidanza flywheel,Blitz BOV, Tial WG, 2.5" intercooler piping, Obd1 Conversion, T3/To4E turbo, SS manifold,Greddy Intercooler,Greddy Profec B2, Will Post numbers after Tune this Month;-) In an EF Hatch though, Its an G2 at heart FTW!

yeah i am worried about that hose melting im going to change that soon but my car wont even start right now and im changing to obd1 at the moment

how do u guys get around melting throttle cables and that???

If your melting yout throttle cable you have other serious issues!

nah i havent just wonder what u guys have done im at the point of running things to keep em cool

Uh, what? Your throttle cable isn’t near anything hot enough to melt it… It’s really only the exhaust side you have to worry about…

Here’s my current setup. I’m in the process of building a B18C1 with a top mounted GT3076R, but god does it take forever to save for parts!

did u have ps and ac with that setup too?

I do have power steering, but I pulled the A/C. I never tried to make it fit though… I just went ahead and pulled it. It probably would work with the A/C in, but the downpipe is close to where the A/C compressor would sit…

u guys dont have throttle problems because ur lhd where mine is rhd being aussie…

ive just re routed it its fine aswell as some lagging around should b alrite

anyone else having overheating issues when boosting a bit with a half rad?? i need to try out an s blade fan.

I use to when my headgasket was going bad…but not after i changed it…im running a b16 built turbo’d. with a stock eg hatch rad, and fan with no problems drive it everyday in stop and go traffic. Just have the fan on a toggle switch,

whats the hottest temp day u get over there???

im lookin at 40 degree c in aus and im gonna try use the half size rad with 8 inch thermo
