dat1.7gsr what crossmember are you using?

it’s a custom traction bar, cross member won’t fit with this turbo kit. there is no p/s or a/c either.

I have been moving like a tortoise!! I recently had the car caged and now I am doing some body work to the car to get it ready for paint.

I decided to pull all the interior out except for the dash, headliner and door panels. I am hoping next week to have it ready for paint.

I will post some new pictures of the car in its current state.

do u have probs with heat wit that manifold ive managed to get that to fit with a/c and p/s… with a few mods… however can only fit a 2inch dump with plumb back gate

I did have a problem with heat, mean I still do when its extra hot out, I got a duel core radiator to help solve the issue. yea I got rid of p/s and a/c a long time ago, and the car is not my daily so im not worried about it.

its all i could fit unfortunatly but i think the turbo wheel on the exhaust side is only 2 inch anways

Thats nice…How did you ever get to re-route your A/C lines? Are they custom, and who made them?? I’m thinking about doing the same thing…

yeh custom condensor off civic infrnt of rad and pipes by a friend of mine who does ac stuff

not a big job u can buy he ferals locally and then just run rubber pipes and adjust accordingly

however i havent finished it yet so ill see how i go

92 gsr I have to boost it. Even low boost I have to have boost.
lol my current car is boosted, I’ll never go back to N/A if I can help it.
Hope to be posting my set-up by the end of the year.

my car proves that u can keep a/c ps and factory crossmember with the ramhorn manifold… its a bitch and u have to go well custom but it can be done and still intercooled…

i have got the exhaust done and pipes r done aswell for intercooler… however i forgot my camera so ill have more pics soon

i have a 2 inch dump and plumb back cat with 2.5 inch system hi flow cats and a high flow muffler at the back finished with a nice tip… i have also used the short i/c pipe route except modified it again to reuse some pipes

I have a vibrant 3" exhaust, this is how mine looks out back…

yeh mine looks the same but its got a oval tip on it that fills the hole lot of the bumper

heres my setup. the paint didnt last more then an hour on the manifold. going to have to sand blast it and probably get it ceramic coated.

-GT2871R with .64 a/r exhaust
-3" downpipe, 3" exhaust, 3" everything haha
-custom made manifold from my tuner.
-38mm tial wastegate
-turbosmart bov
-turbosmart manual boost controller
-2" hot side piping (reason is because the pipe is about a foot long and faster spool) , 2.5" coldside
-28x7x2.5 2.5 in/out intercooler
-255lph fuel pump, k&n air filter, innovate wideband, boost gauge, oil pressure gauge, and everything else that comes with a turbo setup. tuned on crome pro.

299whp, 292ft-lbs at 18psi.

im curious because of the same manifolds and similar size turbo… i have 440cc injectors and i only got 2 inch to 2.5 inch exhaust so a little different but still might be close hp

redtegra your car must freaking move. almost equal hp & tq numbers. dont find that too much

damn i cant wait to boost. hopefully mid next year i will be boosted. or atleast acumulated what i need.
