Pics of your Turbo setup !

what e-manage are you using? you’ll be close to 250 at 6psi. what size exhaust set up

its only a 2inch dump then 2.5 inch system

only basic e-manage

and its only got 440cc injectors

Not to confuse anyone with these pics, but here goes…last years set up was LS/VTEC turbo on stock LS block w/ 240k miles (first set of pics with Mugen v/c)…only was able to boost 5 psi safely. Early April of this year, thought the block took a dive, so I purchased parts for the block.
Shop calls me to say that my block was in excellent condition for 240k, but the #1 piston was demolished because a valve from the VTEC head had fell, popped back up and destroyed the cylinder head. Pulled out my old LS head (pic of powder coated grey LS head) and this is the run down…

-bored over 83mm
-Wiseco forged pistons and rings

-rod & main bearings
-balanced & spun crank
-ARP head studs & cometic head gasket
-Skunk2 retainers/ dual valve springs
-JG stage 1 cams
-ported throttle body

-2.5" intake & intercooler piping

-BeDub Industries T3/T4 turbo
-custom log style exhaust manifold w/ dump tube
-Tial 38mm wastegate
-2 3/4" downpipe & exhaust
-Apex’i N1 muffler
-Walbro 255lph fuel pump
-DSM 550cc injectors
-GM 3 bar map sensor
-Competition stage 2 clutch
-Unorthodox lightened flywheel
-Hondata S100

*328.1hp @ 7.2rpms & 240.2tq @ 16psi
tuner tells me I would have made possibly 400 if I still had LS/VTEC & 680cc…I miss my head, ohh well

^^ got any closer/bigger shots of your intercooler piping? very interesting…

sorry, but no I dont, I do need to take some. For those that are curious, I had my intake and intercooler piping routed to the passenger side to retain my power steering and a/c. It is just too damn HOT out here in Texas during the summer and fall months to go without a/c and have a turbo at the same time. Also the battery had to be relocated to the trunk to make this all possible.

redtegra im curious as to how you got the bumper support to fit with the hotside piping like that? did you cut it or is it tucked just enough?
