My teg before I raised it up because i ripped the exhaust off in a turn lane… fuckin crowns in the damn roads here…
Probably didn’t help that I had a huge resonator, that only had 1/8th of an inch clearance. “Passenger, ummm what’s that sound?, it doesn’t sound good at all!” Ohh yea… that’s my exhaust hitting… it tends to do that when I have a passenger.
oh very nice. How is the ride with those? Stiff? im looking for a stiff ride, I read that they are 8k front/6k rear, im assuming the shocks is what make them very stiff.
-Karlo
I thought that they were 11k and 6k…
less whining, more dumpedness! and if you don’t like “unfunctionally lowered” cars, don’t look at the thread. simple as that.
back on topic!
pretty? hell no. dumped? hell yes.
u on bags?
i actually don’t own that teg anymore, but yeah, it was on air. 4"x4" cylinders in the front and 3"x4" cylinders in the rear. never drove it lifted really, almost always rolled fully dropped and just aired up to get over things/into driveways.

nope 10k front 6 k rear.
rides real stiff but rides to low. i have them almost the whole way up and im still tucking tires

Oh really? TypeI’s are that stiff. sweet! haha…I think ill just go with those, because i was debating on either the TypeI or typeII but i read somewhere(i forgot) that the typeI’s are 8k/6k. But now im going with typeI’s, they are a lot cheaper.
The total length of the shocks are nice, i like low =]]]]]
-Karlo
i never rode in type 1’s but type II’s r fucking amazing, thats what im on now and they are really stiff and ride reaaaaaaaaaaly smooth, ive riddin in gc and konis and i thought those were smooth but nothing beats the type II’s as of now, bas ass suspension
I have the Function Form Type 1’s 12K front 10K rear. It is stiff but still a nice ride! They do seem like they have a fairly short overall length.
how did you get the TypeI’s with the 12k/10k spring rate? Assuming, as stated above says 10k/6k.
I’ve talked to a seller for FF, they said placing the 12k/10 with the typeI’s wouldnt function like the typeII because the valving is set differently.

For the guys that are riding on FF type I or II, did you guys get the DA or DC setups? Thanks!
heres mine. now i just bolted on the the funtion form setup and my car is still not on the ground cause im waiting on my axles so here they are with my car on jack stands
Wow… it’s THAT slammed and it’s not even on the ground yet? The total shock length must be at least 2 inches shorter than stock huh? How does it ride with that height and did you buy the DA or DC application?
friends ride. dont look slammed but it is!!
^^ what do you mean it doesn’t look slammed? Looks very much slammed to me… I like!
ive been having lots of trouble with these. the rear is way to low and i have it raised up almost to its highest point and the rear is still tucking. the front is perfect just having trouble with the rear.
oh yea its a DA application.
I wonder if the ED/EF specs. for FF typeI’s are shorter then the DA specs. imagine that…even lower with the function and forms.
So what would be better, DA, EF, DC specs???
-Karlo
Im on EK so i guess thats the same as DC…
