IM on Yonaka DC coilovers and they r like exactly the same as FF type I and they ride great but can only go down about 3" are they the same for you
im not sure how low they go but right now the front is all the way down but im sure i can get it down another half inch and the back has like another 4 inches to go down

Do you have to put grind plates on over the oil pan and tranny? I would go lower, but I think that I will just get air ride and ride as low as possible till I need to raise. Just too afraid to trash the underside.

That sucks… I was planning to get them too but if you can’t raise the rear to the desired height you want, then what’s the use? Besides the rear height problem, how does it ride? Smooth over bumps and dips?

hybrid- thanks man, Yea, I had to keep raising the back up till i got it as close as possible to be even. The back still has another 4 inches to go and the front is all the way down and theyre barely even. I have the EK/DC setup.
koolkid- I don’t have a grind plate under neath the oil pan and tranny, it sucks cuz i have like an inch of ground clearance. il post a pic of my driveway, its pretty much a curb to get in and the oil pan just drags gettin in and out. it fucked suck but waaaaaaaatevaa
Thats on 195/50/14’s…my cat is about 3 cm away from the ground…tranny, and oil pan are less than an inch…my K member and that brace underneath eat shit and reflectors all day

Im on GC’s and KYB gas shocks…My upper control arms bang the towers pretty bad…
The rears are KYB’s for a DA/EF and the fronts are for an EG/DC with matching forks…it helped the ride out alot but still a little bouncy for my liking…and the Upper control arms bang the shit out of my towers…
