I would not run that crossmember. From experience, if that thing breaks in half on the freeway, Kiss your car Goodbye!!! I would invest in either a crossmember from Innovative mounts or a traction bar from Z10 or Full-Race.
yeah def. do something about the crossmember. i had clearance issues with mine and just had about 1 1/2 inches taken out and then reboxed in. as far as the FMU i ran one for about 2 weeks w/o problem but of course i also am considering myself very lucky due to the mechanics behind the operation of it. you should be able to find yourself some dsm 450 injectors for around 40-100 bux depending on how much you look and for 75 bux xenocron will burn you a base map. now once you get said basemap you “should” go have it fine tuned but hell ive been running the base map he burned me for a couple of weeks now and i love it. he hit that shit right on the head and ill continue to run it until i have an extra 300 bux to get it dyno tuned. but yeah, new crossmember and fuel manangement.

yeah the intercooler is small but will do fine cooling as long as you dont paint it.
if you are poor like me you can always find a set of prelude 92-95 vtec injectors for the time being with your fmu they are 345cc, seeing as your car is obd0 you would be good with the peak and hold… tuning, chipping, takes time but well worth it in the end. but if you need something for the time being at least be safe about it, those 240’s arent gonna cut it after 6psi.
yeah def the cross member, not safe, cut your downpipe above the crossmember, drive it to a muffler shop after you tested make sure no leaks etc. and pay em 60 bucks to run you a new pipe.
also, you should take a pic of your return line… no kinks, no dips, straight flow to pan

ok first i have msd 400cc injectors already installed in the car second i got the cross member re plated and welded in and third my car is converted over to 0bd1 with a 96 ls motor in it and also i am going to take it to okc and get it dyno tuned this month and get rid of the fmu this is just so i can make it there it’s about 200 miles but yeah i havent hooked up my oil feed and return untill i get my downpipe put in but thanks for the advice guys also how can i get a basemap tuning???
oh and about the intercooler it looks smaller then it is but is still only 18 x 12 x 3 but it should do the job for now and it’s not a ssac kit i just got the mani cheap but it said it was a custom made one when i baught it and the turbo im running is a t4 garrett real garrett not some fake internals
and i have a question my return line is coming out of the top and feed on the bottom is this going to matter???
gravity is what pushes the oil outside of the return line. My impression is that your gonna be smoking all the time. Couldnt you clock it 190 degree ? i thin you can do it with almost all turbos ?
i tried but the exhaust housing bolts are froze up i couldnt free them up so i dont know what to do
